Once we receive your request, the office will reach out to you to schedule your appointment! If you'd rather not wait for us to reach out, you can always give us a call and we can help with any questions you may have.

You can find each of those documents here! If you are not able to print at home, no worries, just arrive at least 15 minutes early to your appointment and the front desk will provide the paperwork and a pen for you. 

Depending on your concerns, you will go through a series of guided vision screenings. View our services here. Afterwards, we have a wide range of contacts and frames to choose from! If you're only looking for a new pair of glasses, you can stop by anytime with your prescription and shop without making an appointment. Keep in mind, those with appointments take the priority of our staff.

Once your glasses or contacts are ready for you'll be notified by our office for pick up! Alternatively, if the doctor recommends further testing or if the purpose of your visit was medical, you can schedule any necessary future appointments with the front desk before leaving.
